Founded
in 1904, BBBS is the oldest and largest youth
mentoring organization in America serving more
than 225,000 ages 6 through 18 in communities
through the country. BBBS has earned high marks
for its ability to deliver tangible and sustainable
results, earning the Forbes "gold star"
as one of its top ten charities, the highest "4-star,
exceptional" rating from Charitable Navigator,
and an "A+" rating from the American
Institute of Philanthropy.
BBBS of Mercer County is a qualified IRS Section
501 (c) (3) organization, established in 1973, that
serves children in Trenton, Hamilton, Ewing, Hopewell,
Washington, Pennington, Lawrence, West Windsor,
Princeton and other townships.
Our
Mission Statement
The
mission of BBBS of Mercer County is to make a positive
difference in the lives of children by promoting
their self-esteem, expanding their awareness of
life's opportunities and providing them with guidance
and support through long-term, one-to-one mentoring
with caring adults.
