Contributing To Our Agency
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County greatly
relies on the generosity of individuals and corporations
to support the organization’s annual operating
budget. That’s what makes it possible for
our staff to recruit numbers of volunteers who serve
as mentors to kids in our community, and provide
those volunteers with one-on-one expert advice and
support. BBBS of Mercer County also offers a wide
variety of activities for our Bigs and Littles-
social, educational, entertainment, vocational,
and more!
You
can help the children of Mercer County area in a
variety of ways:
- Monetary
donations can be made by check or credit
card. To donate by credit card call the office
at 609-656-1000. To send a check, please make
your tax deductible contribution payable to Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County and send

- Donate
stocks or bonds to help insure the continuity
of our services. Call 609-656-1000 for more information.
- Designate
our agency as a beneficiary in your will
or life insurance policy.
- Honor
a loved one or acknowledge a birthday, holiday,
or special occasion with a gift to Big Brothers
Big Sisters. We will notify those who are honored
or the families of those who are memorialized.
- Become
a sponsor
for one of our special events or donate your business
expertise (i.e. technical, advertising, printing,
public relations, etc.)
- Donate
your car to Cars for Kids’ Sake.
The process for donating a car to BBBS is simple
and hassle-free. Call Big Brothers Big Sister’s
Vehicle Donation Program at (800) 710-9145 to
arrange a pickup for your unwanted vehicle.
- Donate
tickets for one of our matches to use
on an outing together.
- Buy
a ticket for our annual car raffle.
- If
you cant donate money, donate your time
and expertise by volunteering at a one-time
special event, helping with committee work, volunteering
your skills in advertising, public relations or
technical issues.

a “Big Brother” for almost four years
now, I have seen first hand the remarkable transformation
in a child’s mental and physical state by having
a caring adult mentor to play with, talk with, and
confide in – and knowing that someone cares!
