Susan Dunning
Executive Director
Susan, a former Big Sister, joined as Executive Director in November of 2005. She brings with her 25 years of experience from the corporate world where she spent 13 years in HR Management. Sue’s expertise includes organizational learning and development, training, performance management, health and 401k plans.
An education major from West Chester University, Sue holds a BA in HR Management. Sue completed graduate studies in Banking and Finance at University of Delaware and in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. In 2003 Sue attained her Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
