We are looking for other community leaders, former Board of Director members, and former Big and Littles to join their peers on the Ambassador Circle.

Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Ambassador Circle is to assist Big Brothers and Big Sisters to further their philanthropic and mentoring goals. The circle will consist of people within the community who are passionate about helping the youth of Mercer County. Leadership is one of the highest forms of service. It is best exercised when it freely motivates others to a decision that is really theirs, but which may never have been reached without someone else’s beneficial influence.
Ambassador Circle members will bring their own professional expertise and personal skills to the questions and opportunities before BBBS. Ambassador Circle members should seek to support the special events of BBBS by attending and inviting others as well. The members should help identify others who may share their passion for the mission of BBBS and are willing to tell others that might embrace that mission.
Although a mission is an organization’s reason for existence, a mission remains merely an abstract statement until it is put into action. This “activating” responsibility is to be shared by the members of the Ambassador Circle so that all the ventures, campaigns, and initiatives of BBBS are successful. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN.
